Cover egg bite tray with silicone lid and snap down.
Add water to cooking pot.
If using an egg bite tray without a built in trivet, place a trivet into cooking pot.
Place egg bite tray into cooking pot.
Lock on lid and close pressure valve. Cook at high pressure (most machines default to high pressure) for 4 minutes.
When beep sounds, wait 6 minutes and then release the rest of the pressure.
Remove egg bite mold from pressure cooker and allow to cool a few minutes.
Use a blunt knife or spoon and loosed eggs from mold and then turn out onto a plate.

Eggs will slightly continue to cook until they have completely cooled, so if they seem a bit undercooked when you first open the pressure cooker lid, don't worry about it.My current favorite egg bite tray is this one by Salbree. They've added a built in trivet and handles, making using this tray very easy. Plus, the quality of the silicone tray and the lid is nice AND the lid snaps into place. If your mold does not have a built in trivet, you will need to add a trivet to the cooking pot.The desired color of yolk depends on the pressure release time. The longer the eggs sit in the pot, the more cooked they become.For a creamy bright yolk, allow the pressure to release for 6 minutes before releasing the rest of the pressure.For a pale yellow yolk, allow the pressure to release for 8-10 minutes before releasing the rest of the pressure.If the eggs remain in the silicone egg bite trays, they will continue to cook, as the trays will hold the heat for a bit, so make sure to get them out of the trays quickly.
