Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the eggs to a small bowl. Lightly beat the eggs.
Add the ground beef, ground pork, garlic, onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings (French onion soup mix) to a large bowl.
Mix to combine, but do not overmix, that will make the meatloaf tough.*If possible, let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour (or overnight) before shaping. Shape the meat into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased loaf pan.
Place the pan on the center rack of the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and increase the temperature to 400 degrees F.
Brush the top of the meatloaf with barbecue sauce, covering as much as possible. You can also use our meatloaf glaze if you prefer.
Place the pan back into the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
Allow the meatloaf to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serve it with your favorite sides.
