- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 ounce packet of onion soup and dip mix
- 0.87 ounce packet of brown gravy mix
- 1 small white onion sliced
- 8 ounces beef or chicken broth
- 2 - 10.5 ounce cans of condensed cream of chicken soup
- Mashed potatoes or rice OPTIONAL
Slice the onions and add them to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the ground beef and onion soup mix to a bowl and combine the two ingredients. Shape the beef into four to six patties.
Place the patties in the Crock Pot. Sprinkle the gravy mix on top.
Pour the broth over the meat and gravy mix.
Spread the cream soups over the patties. Place the lid on top of the cooker and cook on high temperature for five hours or low temperature for eight hours. Stir to combine and serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
Remove any excess grease that floats to the top with a turkey baster.
