Description

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 package pretzel sticks


Instructions

  1. Mix: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Form: Shape into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm.
  4. Coat: Roll in chopped pecans until evenly coated.
  5. Insert: Add pretzel sticks before serving.
  6. Serve: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready.

Notes

Keep refrigerated. Add pretzels just before serving to maintain crunch. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
