Cottage Cheese Toast

Our cottage cheese toast will be your new favorite way to enjoy a high protein snack, breakfast, brunch, or lunch. It's super simple and you'll be so happy you made it!

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices of Sourdough Bread
  • ½ Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 4 Strawberries Sliced
  • Drizzle of Honey

Instructions

  • Toast the bread until it's crispy.
  • Put the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and blend it for 1-2 minutes until it’s smooth.
  • Spread ¼ cup of the smooth cottage cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
  • Add sliced strawberries on top and drizzle a little honey over everything.
  • Enjoy your this tasty treat!

Notes

  • You can easily double this recipe.
  • We added a few sprigs of fresh basil on top. It was delicious!
