High Protein French Onion Dip Recipe

This super simple high protein French onion dip recipe is just what you need when you need a snack. It takes just a few minutes to make and tastes better than the dip you get in the chip aisle.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Packet of Onion Soup Mix

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add the yogurt, sour cream, and onion soup mix. Mix until completely combined. Allow it to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying it.

Notes

  • We recommend making the dip the night before. It allows the flavors to marry. 
  • Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 5 days. 
  • Make sure to stir the dip each time you serve it.
