Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 16 Oz Cottage Cheese
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese Room temp
  • 3 Slices of Bacon
  • ¼ Cup Pickled Jalapenos Drained
  • 6 Oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Instructions

  • Start with chopping the bacon and cook it until it's crispy. Drain the bacon on a plate lined with paper towel. Set aside.
  • Add the cottage cheese and cream cheese to a food processor and blend until completely smooth. Put the cream cheese mixture into a medium bowl.
  • Then add the jalapenos, cooked bacon, and cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture and mix until completely combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Highly recommend you drain the jalapenos before mixing them in. Or it will make the dip too wet.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days
  • This recipe is great to make ahead.
