Cabbage Soup
Made with lean ground beef and the convenience of bagged coleslaw, this easy yet satisfying soup is a go-to for those looking to balance flavor, simplicity, and nutrition in a single bowl.
Ingredients
- 1 package of lean ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 24 oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 carton beef stock
- 1 14 oz bag of cole slaw or chop a head of cabbage
- Rice optional
Instructions
- In a big pot, Brown the ground beef with the onion, and drain.
- Add in the seasonings and stir
- Add in everything else, stir, bring to a boil and cover
- Simmer for 35 minutes
- Add rice if desired
- Enjoy!
