BBQ Chicken Dinner

My BBQ Chicken Dinner will have your taste buds dancing with delight. This recipe is perfect for those busy weeknights when you want a delicious meal without all the fuss. Let's dive in!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 6 pack frozen corn on the cob
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5 cups BBQ sauce
  • Bagged salad
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Butter and salad dressing for serving optional

Instructions
 

Slow Cooker

  • Add chicken to your slow cooker.
  • Coat chicken on all sides with plenty of BBQ sauce.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Place frozen corn on top of the foil.
  • Spray or drizzle with olive oil. Add salt.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW 5-6 hours.

For Serving

  • Cut the tomato and cucumber and add to the bagged salad.
  • Top corn with butter.
  • Top salad with dressing.
  • Slice chicken and drizzle with sauce from the Crockpot.
