Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
- Cook the ground beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Combine everything: Add the cooked pasta and ground beef to the sauce. Toss until coated, using reserved pasta water to adjust creaminess if needed.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley or basil and extra Parmesan. Serve hot.
